¡Siempre se puede mejorar!

Han pasado ya 20 días desde que hice el pedido y no sé nada sobre él. Es cierto que hice un pedido "grande" y que eso conlleva trabajo. Tampoco pongo en duda que los calcetines sean de buena calidad (que seguro lo son) ni que sea una buena oferta en cuanto al precio. Lo que no tengo tan claro es que estén preparados para afrontar este tipo de pedidos, en cuanto a volumen se refiere.

Quizás deban mejorar la comunicación (a la hora de informar al consumidor sobre su pedido), porque no he podido consultar el estado de mi pedido en ningún momento.

Es cierto que cuando les he escrito, han sido atentos y me han respondido rápido, pero personalmente crea inseguridad no saber más sobre tu pedido. Y más, cuando te has gastado casi 600€.

Espero recibir mi pedido lo antes posible, y que este haya sido un caso excepcional. Espero que sirva a la empresa para mejorar en futuras compras de otros consumidores.
